Client Jerry Jenson, a Minneapolis-based business executive, desired interior space planning that would transform his 1,200 square-foot urban condominium located in a landmark building. An open layout was maintain to maximize the modest square footage while keeping private areas, such as the bedroom and master bathroom, separate. Custom casegoods provided ample storage and divided areas to help define activities. Low-VOC finishes and sustainable fixtures and furnishings maintained the client's sophistication.
